Since the whole territory of the Autonomous Province of Vojvodina 2,152,635.60 ha are hunting area. This is one of the major reasons that belong to a group of Vojvodina serious tourist destination in the region.
Of the total hunting area of 2.11694 million hectares (98.34%) were open spaces, and 35795.60 ha (1.66%) are the areas under fences.
In this area it was found 91 hunting grounds.
City Backa Topola is located in the southern part of the area between the Danube and Tisa, in the central part of the former Bac-Bodroški county or in the middle of the current Backa. The territory of the Municipality Backa Topola, total area 54 514 ha, of which hunting area includes 49 963 ha. Offer wild game: deer, hare, pheasant, partridge , quail, dove, collared dove.
